什麼因素令網球的移動步法與其他運動不同?
- 每一分平均有4次轉向移動,來回球較多的分數中會多達15次轉向移動,每場比賽會多達1000次轉向移動
- 職業球賽中,70%的移動是左右橫向移動 (lateral direction),少於8%向後移動,所以移動訓練的分佈比例可以集中60-80% 左右橫向移動,10-30%向前移動,大概10%放於向後移動
- 分腿墊步 (Split step) 雙腳微微騰空後同時著地,但研究指出球員會以移動方向相反的腳先著地。例如右手握拍的球員在打正手的時候,他/她會以左腳著地支撐身體,之後右髖 (hip)會轉向右邊準備追球。
